The initial stage (1988-1999)

ZheJiang YongNong Chem. Ind. CO., LTD was established in 1988 with organophosphorus pesticides as core products. The company focused on domestic sales and setup a good reputation in the industry.

Perliminary development stage (2000-2004) 

In 2000, the company adjusted it future strategies. Depending on rich experience of production and marketing in domestic market, the company gradually extended to worldwide agrochemical market with exporting and registration. The company developed many new products, such as Paraquat, Diquat, Desmedipham, Phenmedipham and Ethofumesate. 

Rapid development stage (2005-2013)

In 2003, Shanghai Yongnong International Trading Co., Ltd. was set up to provide added value to global customers and constantly develop pesticide registration to comply with regulatory requirements in developed market. Later the second manufacturing site Yongnong BioSciences Co. Ltd in Shangyu, Zhejiang was found in 2005 to build a complete product portfolio. 

To meet increasing demand of production capability, the company decided to set up the third manufacturing site Shandong Yongnong in 2008. The increasing demand for Glufosinate-ammonium worldwide drives YONON to builds new manufacturing site in Jiangsu province in 2014. The first phase of equipment installation will be completed soon to achieve the capacity of Glufosinate-ammonium 5000 mt/year.

The company will focus on the integration of resources and technology, creating a complete agrochemical industry chain, developing an unique core competitive advantage with Glufosinate-ammonium.
